We ship FREE OF CHARGE throughout the Country within 5-10 working days after the order is placed. Why?
Because it takes us 3 to 5 working days to manufacture your Shoes.
The following days are needed for our shipping partner to reach you anywhere in South Africa.
We aim to deliver orders within five working days of completion of preparation.
Once the order is handed over to the Carrier, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Please allow up to 48/72 hours (in the case of an order leaving before the weekend) for the tracking information to become available online.
Order delivery times may vary depending on your location.
It is estimated that orders will arrive within a period of 2-10 business days from the departure date.
Before an order embarks on its journey to its destination, we ensure that the desired products pass the quality test and payment has been received.
In the unlikely event that further verification is required for transactions, we will promptly contact you.
- Please note that if you order at the weekend your product will be handled by the following Monday/Tuesday.
- The collection of your parcel will also be affected by the weekend.
- Please note that during holidays and busy sales periods, delivery times may be subject to change we kindly request a 7-12 day window.
PACKAGING INSPECTION
After receiving an order, it is essential to carefully inspect the delivered products to ensure they meet your expectations.

Include all necessary information such as order details, contact information, and a detailed description of the problem.
Providing photographic evidence of any problems would greatly assist us in resolving matters promptly.
FORCE MAJEURE
In circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be held responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen events such as fire, flood, adverse weather conditions, explosions, war, acts of terrorism, industrial disputes or actions taken by Government or other Authorities that are beyond our reasonable influence.
LOST PACKAGES
In rare cases where a package is rejected or deemed undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, we regretfully cannot accept responsibility for any loss, theft, or misdirection that may occur.
